Depends how you define "active". I have submitted an undetected variant a while ago and I guess it should have also be submitted by Jotti or VirusTotal.com, becuase I frequently use those to check some files for malware. I check a couple of my virus files, but I can't find it right now. I have to leave now and I will take another look later.
