Probably your best bet is amavisd-new http://www.ijs.si/software/amavisd/ works perfectly with clamd .. plus theres several dozen FAQs and wikis out there dedicated to postfix/amavisd/clamav/spamassassin setups to guide you through the installation and configuration.
