Is there any reason why you want to move the clamd daemon to the new
location. I think you could just create a link to /tmp/clamd which points
to /var/run/clamav/clamd or vice versa if you really need to move it to
this new location .
I.e. instead of the ln -s /tmp/clamd /var/run/clamav/clamd you could use
ln -s /var/run/clamav/clamd /tmp/clamd.
Its possible some programs are still looking at /tmp/clamd but you have
now relocated it to /var/run/clamav/clamd.
