Not knowing Blackhole, I can't say for definite, but it may be worthwhile searching the archives. There was a problem with Clamav and Exiscan that appeared a while ago. It might be along the same lines. As always, however, the most important question is, are you running the latest version of Blackhole? If not, the problem may be corrected in a later version.
