Yeah, that would definitely help defeat propagation. Too bad there's no easy way to really defeat social engineering, though.

Me, too. I agree that high security is extremely important.

And using a web or FTP site occurred to me. I tend to think of email as a bad choice for sending big files around anyway. So thanks for everyone's input, I think I'm settling on that solution now.

Seems like too many potential problems with removing or lowering the level of security on the email server and virus scanner. So probably best to avoid that.

And if I have any more questions about this, I'll stop bothering ClamAV people and go looking for Amavis help instead. ;)
