Personally, I'd love to have it as a config option in clamd.conf. Make it catch phishes by default out-of-the-box, but being able to disable that would be nice. I am working on a spam research project and ClamAV skews my results slightly because it nabs the phishes. But I'm absolutely OK with that, because ClamAV works so damned well.
