OK, so what about the trojans? ;-)
I take the somewhat-unusual position that trojans which will propagate after infecting a machine should be caught, and those that do NOT propagate should be allowed through (to possibly be caught by anti-spam or anti-spyware software). But I'm fairly certain that's just me... it'd be difficult to find anyone who would agree.
