 All the error means is that user/group clamav has no read/write access to
that file/directory. It does not mean there is a problem with the file
itself. That is what the access denied error is telling you. If you want
to scan files in directories which the clamav user/group does not have
permissions for, use clamscan as a user with relevant permissions.
