Maybe for usuall users. But not for WebMasters.

Now, everything a single person needs to shut down your whole mail system is
to send you a mail bomb. Gratulations.
If I would harm you, I would go ahead and immediately send you such a mail
to [EMAIL PROTECTED] This would be the last mail you receive for a
lot of time.

To blame them without telling them to do better is extreme, yes. But go
ahead include "do send images by mail as gif, compressed tif or jpeg" into
your companies IT policy and then blame those, that do not follow it.

users. Never.
