Yes, it can. For instance, if you use Postfix you can add your domains and exchange servers in the transport file.
Edit the Postfix "transport" file. Add something similar to: .domainA smtp:[serverA] .domainB smtp:[serverB] See the examples in the sample transport file for details. Then run 'postmap transport'.
