Well, I'd rather $PREFIX/etc/clamav rather than /etc/clamav (or, in short, append "clamav" to the directory currently used for the clamav config files). >From the /etc/sysconfig comment I assume you're a Linux user. Keep in mind that other operating systems have different standards and ways of operating. Assuming that clamav will only ever run on Linux is a mistake... PLEASE - keep list traffic on the list.
