Afirmative. I compiled sendmail with milter support. The .configure reported no on milter items, so I manualy built libmilter and installed it. Now .configure reports yes on milter items, but still the clamav-milter never gets built. Finally after looking into this for weeks with no luck I found this: Hi, Got the same problem yesterday, but I could see in configure.log that there is something wrong with libmilter. Finally I found that clamav-milter to be built needs: -some stuff from <sendmail-distribution>/libmilter/ , namely *.h files; it expects them in /usr/include/libmilter. Make symbolic link or copy *.h files -/usr/lib/libmilter.a -you need also copy /software/clamav/clamav-0.65/docs/man/clamav-milter.8 to /software/clamav/clamav-0.65/docs/clamav-milter.8 After making above, clamav-milter compiled and installed properly.
