I agree... it's been a long time since 0.60, and it doesn't really matter if we have another handful of snapshots in an attempt to weed out the lingering problems. 20030317 was wonderfully stable for us (clamd scanned easily 50 million emails for us over the course of 3+ months without crashing or exiting). Until this rash of viruses inside of broken emails, we haven't needed to "upgrade". I'm sorry to suddenly show up with a raft of problem reports, but it will likely make ClamAV better on Sun/Solaris... I'd still like to get the "gcc favoritism" stripped out, so we can use Sun Forte to compile it, but that will take time... and we're very busy here, so recompiling software for "fun" may not be feasible right now... ;-) By they way, 20031104 made it through it's first night in production here at UD... <keeping fingers crossed> Ed Ed Phillips <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> University of Delaware (302) 831-6082 Systems Programmer III, Network and Systems Services ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: SF.net Giveback Program.
