Hi fellow clam users, I just installed ClamAV yesterday on my mail server and so far it works great - I am only using it to scan my personal mail so far. I've seen references in this list that clamd can fail once in a while - and I can live with it, being a new product and all. Before I start using it on a wider scale - what kind of failures should I expect? Does it just die so I need a cron job to check and restart it when it happens or does it hang and if so, is there a good check for this, etc. Would appreciate feedback from admins who run heavy-dity environments.
