After all they fix several aspects of the exiscan package. Don't know how he
communicates them. Just lurk on exim-ML and wait what happens, or subscribe
to the exiscan-MLs, and see what happens, when the next exiscan package is
released.

Unfortunately the author of exiscan doesn't include those patches until now.

I found a diff for 4.21, with Michael's comments of the why and what.
