Of course not to the list! :-) Or, better, put it on WWW somewhere and send the URL (only to him, if you prefer not to publish this file). Sending such big files via SMTP is extremely ineffective (it'll have about 17 MB in email). And not every SMTP server accepts such big messages in one piece. Even a SMTP server accepts it, the recipient will have to download additional 5 MB of data! And not every person has got leased, high-bandwidth connection. Oh, seems that you already tried to mail it to me and of course my server rejected it.
