Hi, I am looking for a virus protection solution in a production environment (Windows Workstations using a Linux/SAMBA Server). I tumbled over http://clamav.elektrapro.com/ where it says the ClamAV database is "KEPT UP TO DATE", then it says ClamAV uses the OpanAntiVirus database but OpenAntiVirus warns that they are not in a stable and up to date state.
Here's my question: Does ClamAV stay up to date enough to use it in a production environment (beeing up to date is everything in virus protection)? If not can anyone recommend me a perhaps commerical tool for virus protection on a Linux server?
