Cisco should have at least doubled these numbers for the ASR920, coming from the ME3600X/3800X.
I know other vendors with a similar form factor allowing up to 128,000 IPv4 entries in FIB.
In an MPLS domain, BGP-SD is only as useful as how much IGP and MPLS label state you can hold in FIB. 20,000 is too low, IMHO.
