Sure they do. radvd can announce RDNSS and rdnssd (part of the ndisc6 toolbox) can be used on the client side: http://www.remlab.net/ndisc6/ When it comes to real routers, I don't know... The Juniper ERXes have support for setting IPv6 DNS servers via RADIUS, but this seems to only configure the local dhcpv6 server running on the ERX.
