You can zoom in or out the media in the compositor window. When using a percent value, the video appear in a white box and you can move it with a middle mouse click. This move doesn't affect the video. This function is useless when using the "Auto" value: the media become scalable with the compositor window.

You can extract and convert easily audio parts of your videos (several at once) with WinFF.
