I've just checked Ubuntu: they provide a tovid package in their "multiverse" (=extras) repository. Now, while it is not advisable to use plain-vanilla ubuntu packages as-is in debian, we can try to rebuild the package from the corresponding source package on a debian system. Actually, in this case this was quite simple. I needed just to download the source package parts and rebuild them here. Kurt, now please tell me: - - do you need packages for a Debian/Lenny system? - - is this a 32bit system or a 64bit system? ...because in this cases, I could just build the package for you without any effort.
