 The problem with that is that the setting could be mistaken by
the user as an order to Cinelerra to _make_ the output have a
certain field order.  It does no such thing, it just tells the
encoder what to expect.

 Ideally, this information should have been propagated from the
source files (if available; for DV the field order is known)
without any  user intervention.  The Lumiera developers promise
to handle this.
