*I noticed that the cache feature is very obtrusive in Chrome.**If you could
not download a complete file and did not clear the cache, Chrome will not
even bother to check whether you have the complete or incomplete file. It
will simply copy what it has in the cache to the new file and that is it.*
*So, try and clear the cache.*
*(I assume you are always downloading from the continuous\LATEST directory,
correct? if so, it makes sense, unfortunately.)*
