Just so i'm perfectly clear, i find this "they are not for common user, so let's not expose them at all" approach very Gnome-like, and not really appropriate for LLVM. With that approach, there should also not be a https://clang.llvm.org/docs/ClangCommandLineReference.html#cmdoption-clang-fexperimental-new-pass-manager and maybe some other flags.
