Just checkout the local branch and rerun this command :) You will probably need to reset hard the main branch before or after that. When you are updating the review and arc requests you to write a message, it asks for "what changed since the last revision". It would usually be something like "Rebase" or "Address review comments", you don't need to repeat commit message there.
