yup, although i think it would be useful to add one of the optimal layouts to the report (i have a diff for that (still in the oven), i have not sent it for code review yet). But as i mentioned above - it seems to me that the proposed tool is more generic and binding it to the PaddingChecker is not the best possible approach.
