Why does cmake need to be compiled as 64 bit? And linking with bigtoc is a very inefficient, bad choice. If it really overflows the TOC, it should be compiled with -mcmodel=large. Because the Bull Freeware site does not maintain a consistent ABI, it's very difficult for me to install a cmake binary now.
