But you should install it on CentOS 5 because you get some errors on the older PHP in CentOS 4.
I just dl'd the tarball and expanded it below the webroot and followed the INSTALL docs. -- MailScanner is like deodorant... You hope everybody uses it, and you notice quickly if they don't!!!!
