Trixbox 2.3beta is: Asterisk 1.4 on Centos 5.0 and FreePBX 2.3.
But the team were having problems with some modules and pullled the beta for now. The trixbox repo might still be accessable. I got the ISO before they pulled it, but have had other things to do....
