it's a wiki i'm filling each time I have something I want for the 
enlightenment project on win ce. There is especially a diff of the 
Makefile for zlib that can interest you.

ha, right, we can add them here. A bit like mingw does (at least for those 
dependencies, I don't think that glib / gtk libs / progs should be here)
