Hi Mark, Ooo! Awesome! It turns out my setup is missing a lot of things so rebuilding drivers doesn't seem to work. I am looking at redoing the install in a SIMH pdp11 to see if I can get a more complete installation. But this looks like it should solve the immediate problem. I will definitely try this later today when I get back home from work.
