Hi Martin, I am looking for a manual for the above tape reader and found your details from a discussion on cctalk from July 2022.
I am a volunteer at The National Museum of Computing and an ex Ferranti engineer. I am currently restoring an Argus 500 computer and trying to get it back to its original configuration. I have recently restored 2 Trend HSR 500 readers and now have acquired 2 UDR 700 readers that need to be fixed and set up. Would it be possible to upload it to Google Drive and send me the link so I can download it? Ultimately I would like to upload it to the Museum archive and make it available for everyone to view.
