As others noted, "Mojave" was the name of a MacOS release. There was, however, an ad campaign that Microsoft ran in an attempt to counter the bad press that Windows Vista was getting at the time of its launch. In it, they showed folks who had been invited to try out a new future version of Windows in development called "Windows Mojave". After they had seen a demo and made positive comments about it, it was then revealed that "Windows Mojave" was actually Vista.
