Nope. I understand perfectly. Sellers are at best a customer of the eBay platform if they have a store that they pay monthly fees for. Once eBay stopped charging listing fees sellers stopped being a customer. The guys paying the cash, which is where eBay gets their money, is the customer. Of course sellers always argue this is not true or that they are both customer. -Ali
