I believe some of the tape drives used 208V 60Hz single-phase.   I'm
pretty sure the big disk drives (e.g. 808) had 3-phase spindle motors
powered from the 240V feed.  I'd have to check, however.  400Hz for the
logic.  I don't recall what the Bryant 4000 drives used, but I"m sure
that bitsavers can tell you.
