Way back in the mid 70s, I picked up a keyboard that someone told me was from a Spectrola, but it was all electronic. EBCDIC, with a big diode matrix, George Risk sealed key switches, and a few Fairchild ICs (DTL, I think, but it's been a long time.)
I don't know what it went to, but it definitely wasn't IBM. It was lost in a move... --Chuck
