Nope, they're numbered 2479 9595, but ISTR some irregularities among BBM part numbers, especially when it came to LSI and memory chips.
They do have GND and Vcc on pins 9 and 10 respectively though, as Brent suggests; maybe my memory from 30 years ago isn't so bad after all (no idea what I had for breakfast though).
