Looks to me like it has two CPU slots.  Just can't see any manufacturer
markings on the motherboard.

It also has a different number of PCI slots and I/O ports than the Gigabyte
board on their website.  Maybe it's made by a different manufacturer that
ended up in the wrong box?

Seller has 100% positive feedback and offers free returns, both as a policy
and in the description.

Maybe give the seller more time to respond?
