Oh wow.  Ya.  That's more easily done / emulated on many systems.

I had a T1 locally up until a couple months ago. I still have the smartjack and the wiring, but DSLX wouldn't support it anymore. They just left the T1 routers, too. They're embedded PowerPC systems I should figure out something fun to do with.

I've recently acquired things to do T1 / DSX-1 between multiple machines at home. I'd /like/ to do the TelCo side of that too, for at least one loop. But it seems as if the equipment to do that is even more specialized.
