It looks as if it needs at least a replacement CRT. From one image it appears to be phosphor is blown away in the middle screen. The only way I know of this happening, is the neck of the CRT, or the evacuation nipple has been cracked/broken.

So it has been relisted. It had been listed as a 5100 or 5100-C earlier, then delisted, and I couldn't find a new listing for anything like a 5100 or 5110 this morning. It might be easy to fix.
