I've been asked about the ME11 3U fascia panel bracket and how it attaches to the H-909 (slimline 11/05) cabinet, here is what it looks like. The metal originals are at front and my PET repops installed on the panel. There is not a lot of thread depth through the flanges but it seems to hold on well enough.
