So that I don't have to decide who gets it, I've put it on EBay for a 7-day auction with a starting bid of $0.99. https://www.ebay.com/itm/224184669206 It has a cheap "perfect" binding, and it's 3-hold punched, so it could be disassembled and scanned, but I don't want to be the one who does this.
