Just so you know, the file named MVME332XT is actually MVME332XTFW and the one 
named MVME332XTFW/D2 is actually MVME332XT/S2, which is apparently a release 
note for Motorola System V driver update for the board. Do you also happen to 
have the installation & user guide?
