Was the 11/74 ever shipped?  I know of two machines that were called that, both 
11/70 derivatives: the multi-processor machine that RSX-11/M supports, and an 
11/70 with CIS instructions added, seen in the RSTS lab in Merrimack NH in the 
early 1980s.
