I also have a C3253A HP Envizex P-Series. I was fortunate to also acquire a PCMCIA flash card adapter for it and was able to get it set up to boot from a PCMCIA linear flash card. I don't have the optional floppy drive in mine. I have a set of 3 Netstation software CDs that I got from someone else on the list a few years ago. I forget if I ever uploaded images of these CDs somewhere.
