Wow that is a nicely done add-on, It looks like it monitors +5 and +12 and crowbars the RAW +20. Did they insert any fuses? or do they rely on that blowing the main fuse? That should be easy to duplicate even on a breadboard....

which is logic because I’m living in the Netherlands and aquired both in Europe.
So it could be a local modification made by the Boeblingen factory or even HP
