I forgot to mention that, as far as I know, the slimline 3RU (5-1/4") PDP-11/05 case (and LPS-11) was known as the H909-BA enclosure. The H909-BA came with the H755 power supply and BC05 power control unit as available from DEC, and the H909-A was the same but without the power supply. Steve.
