I don't believe you're looking at a single system. Note the banks of CDC 844 disk drives in the foreground (you can even make out the "Control Data" logo.
I suspect that the cross and 3/4 cross CPUs are CDC CYBER 170s (or 180s). So, not really IBM at all --Chuck
