OK, there would need to be SOME contact back capability for the 
maintainers of the registry.  Maybe even also a provision for the machine 
owner to reject or authorize registry maintainers forwarding inquiries.
AND, a field in which registry maintainers could identify "VERIFIED" or 
not.
