Dear Sir, I have a query regarding the Biacore 1k+ - NTA chip experiment. I have performed an interaction study between a his-tagged protein and peptide. I am facing some problems in the experiment, and I am guessing it is with the EDTA regeneration.
The response of the 0 µM concentration (1X PBS) was high compared with all other concentrations of the peptide (125, 62.5, 31.25, 15.6, 7.8, 3.9 µM). I have attached the sensogram for the 125 µM concentration compared with the 0 µM concentration for your reference. Kindly help me with this query.
